The Working Well Together groups usually run more than 60 events across England, Scotland and Wales every year. Most of the events are free to attend and we usually feed you too!  So come along, meet and speak with industry experts and don't forget to pick up a WWT SHAD Pack on your way out!!

    Striving for an Improved Culture

    Royal National College for the Blind, Venns Lane, Hereford, HR1 1DT


    This event is aimed at company owners, senior managers and directors of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as the 84% of smaller firms that dominate the construction industry whilst having no employees or employing 9 workers or less.


    Have you ever wondered what Culture Change is and do you know the benefits an improved culture can bring? This event will touch on the basics of leadership and how it can effect culture change, along with understanding the cultural ladder. We will explore the potential benefits of improved cultures and look at the foundations of improving the culture.


    You will see a practical demonstration of some Drugs and Alcohol testing and we will review how misuse of drugs and alcohol can impact on culture sustainability.


    BAM Nuttall will take us through their experiences of inspiring, leading and coaching employees and contractors to achieve an improved culture.


    The speakers you will meet during the event are influential and inspirational as well as a perfect source for guidance and support.
